I talked to SM2X yesterday on 15m. The sig was booming into Korea and he said he was using a remote. I am also using a remote(http://www.qrz.com/db/HL5KY). I think your system looks really neat with many features controlled with computer.
I have some special feature in my remote system. Two stations can connect to one remote radio even though only one station can control the radio and the other can be in RX mode. Maybe you can try if you want.

Thank you for the information. Yes we seem to have quite a similar system remote wise with the TS-480 and the wonderful remoterig system.
